In a stark briefing to the UN Security Council, Special Coordinator Sigrid Kaag warned that the two-state solution is “on life support” and Gaza is sinking into a manmade humanitarian catastrophe. She urged immediate action to halt violence, restore aid access, and launch a credible political process before the window for peace permanently closes. “Let us not be the generation that let the two-State solution disappear,” she said.
